
Customer Partnership Manager

This role is responsible for managing customer relationships, developing business partnerships, and providing high-level customer consultation. Key responsibilities include strategic account planning, territory optimization, and performance tracking using sales force technology.
Key Responsibilities- BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS: Regularly meeting with customers to identify business opportunities and create long-term partnerships
- STRATEGIC ACCOUNT PLANNING: Creating a daily schedule for on-site visits and meetings to optimize sales potential
- CUSTOMER CONSULTATION: Possessing technical knowledge to deliver high-level customer consultations and representing the company brand
- Salesforce Tracking: Recording interactions and sales activities, with reporting being a key part of this role

- PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION: Highly desirable
- PRIOR CUSTOMER FACING EXPERIENCE: Previous experience in roles interacting with customers

- TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS: Planning, prioritization, and effective use of resources
- AUSTRALIAN DRIVERS LICENSE: Required for company vehicle usage
