**Job Overview**:

We are seeking an experienced partnership builder to establish, manage, structure, negotiate, and close key partnerships with top technology providers in the events industry ecosystem. This role will include a robust balance of creative deal making and deep partnership knowledge to identify and close opportunities aligned with our client's long-term partner strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Develop and maintain existing partners, ensuring long-term relationships that provide added value to our organization.
  • Identify and analyze potential strategic partnerships, developing individual business relationships and processes with partners to create new partnering opportunities and drive sales revenue.
  • Build the lead funnel with partners and be responsible for development, planning, and goal achievements from partnerships within the sales organization.
  • Support the development and expansion of Partner Programs across target markets.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on conceiving and organizing partner marketing materials, studies, and events that benefit the entire sales organization.
  • Develop processes originating in the Partnership Management unit and work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to introduce more value into daily partnership management activities.
  • Help develop the blueprint of partnership components aimed at our organization, customer, and partner success, including commercial models, partnership-related processes, deal structures, and certification programs.
  • Scale the Partner Program beyond key partnerships, attracting innovations from third-party providers worldwide.
  • Maintain high levels of satisfaction for partners throughout their journey.

**Requirements**:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in a fast-growing SaaS company building strong partner relationships leading to increased sales revenue.
  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree in Business Administration or a similar field preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in strategic sales or business development or partnership.
  • Demonstrated experience building and successfully running a significant pipeline ecosystem partners adding value to the sales organization.
  • Verifiable evidence of winning new partnerships through managing the entire process from initial contact to signature of joint agreements.
  • Experience involving and working with partners in the SaaS and business solutions ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with complex SaaS products and/or events software is a plus.
  • A professional and methodical approach to handling multiple partnerships with diverse stakeholders and key players.
  • Strong negotiation skills with an inclusive approach to dealing with partners, customers, and internal teams.
