About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead customer relationships across QLD, Northern NSW, and the Mid North Coast.

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team to drive business growth and success.
  • Support the Customer Service and Technical teams to deliver exceptional service and meet customer needs.
  • Build and manage meaningful customer partnerships, focusing on growth, retention, and long-term collaboration.
  • Collaborate with sales and commercial teams to achieve regional sales targets and drive profitability.
  • Develop joint business plans with customers and conduct regular reviews to maximize opportunities.
  • Spearhead regional commercial strategies, budgets, and growth plans aligned with national goals.

  • Experience in sales, account, or regional management, preferably within hospitality or FMCG.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and grow teams.

  • A proactive approach with the ability to identify opportunities and solve problems.
