Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain highly productive partnerships with key customers across various sectors.
- Build and maintain relationships across the organization of partner accounts to drive business growth.
- Convey Tesla's product roadmap and prepare partners for integration.
- Anticipate new business opportunities with accounts and identify suitable product offerings to satisfy customer requirements.
- Be responsible for achieving volume sales within assigned channels.
- Expand sales channels by identifying new partners and supporting contract negotiation.
- Maintain an understanding of market dynamics across relevant sectors and drivers.
- Contribute input regarding Tesla's product and sales strategy for the region.
- Provide high fidelity sales forecasts to business and manufacturing teams.
- Provide key market insights to the broader business team.
Requirements:
- BA/BS or equivalent in experience and evidence of exceptional ability.
- 4 years minimum relevant work experience.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, strong competency in MS Suite.
- Professional fluency in English required; proficiency in other regional languages a plus.
- Demonstrated performance of sales/business development in a related field.
- Experience launching new businesses/products.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast moving environment.
- Demonstrated techno-economic/financial modelling skills, both rapid and comprehensive.
- Experience digesting and translating technical requirements and policy/regulatory information for commercial applicability.
