Job Role Summary:

An experienced Insurance Loss Adjustor/Estimator is required to ensure timely and accurate quotes for accident repairs on vehicles.

This role involves responsibility for the preparation of estimates/quotations in the automotive smash repair industry, with a focus on excellent customer service skills and building rapport with customers and work providers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing excellent customer service and accurately quoting vehicles in a timely manner
  • Completing quotes as required onsite, off-site, and online
  • Ensuring vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition
  • Managing parts for repairs, ensuring timely arrival and cost-effectiveness
  • Assisting with production management of the centre where required

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience within a similar position in the automotive smash repair industry
  • Experience in the preparation of estimates/quotations
  • Excellent customer service skills, including building rapport with customers and work providers
