About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide top-notch customer service to clients and work providers.
  2. Accurate and timely quote generation, aligned with average repair cost targets and industry standards.
  3. Completing quotes onsite, off-site, and online as required.
  4. Performing vehicle arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging.
  5. Managing parts for repairs to ensure timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
  6. Effective management of suppliers to record and authorise additional work in a timely manner.
  7. Assisting with production management of the centre when necessary.
  8. Ensuring vehicles are restored to their pre-accident condition.
  9. Handing over completed repairs to customers.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar position, including estimate preparation in the automotive smash repair industry.
  • Desirable: Experience with AudaNet.
  • Ibody experience is not essential.
  • Excellent customer service skills, including building rapport with clients and work providers.
  • Highly professional and personable demeanor.
  • Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities.
  • Excel proficiency is an advantage but not necessary.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Able to work effectively and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong commitment to working safely.
  • High attention to detail and reliability.
