About This Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Insurance Loss Adjustor to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing accurate and comprehensive quotes for accident repairs on vehicles.
You'll apply your knowledge of motor vehicles and your skills with computers while interacting with a range of people, including clients and work providers.
This is a full-time position that offers stability and opportunities for growth and development within our large network of repair facilities.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide excellent service to clients and work providers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Accurate Quote Management: Accurately quote vehicles in a timely manner, adhering to average repair cost targets and insurer/company procedures.
- Quote Completion: Complete quotes as required onsite, off-site, and online, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders.
- Vehicle Arrival Inspection: Conduct thorough vehicle arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging, to ensure accurate assessments.
- Parts Management: Manage parts for repairs, ensuring timely arrival and cost-effectiveness.
- Supplier Management: Effectively manage suppliers to record and authorise additional work in a timely manner.
- Production Management: Assist with production management of the centre where required, ensuring smooth operations.
- Repair Quality Assurance: Ensure vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition, meeting quality standards.
- Customer Handover: Hand over completed repairs to customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
About You
We're looking for an experienced professional with:
- A proven track record in a similar position, including experience in estimate/quote preparation in the automotive smash repair industry.
- Proven experience with AudaNet is highly desirable.
- Ibody experience is desirable but not necessary.
- Excellent customer service skills, including building rapport with clients and work providers.
- Highly professional and personable attitude.
- Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities.
- Excel experience is an advantage but not necessary.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Problem-solving skills with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Able to work effectively and collaboratively with the team.
- Strong commitment to working safely.
