About the OpportunityWe're currently looking for an experienced Vehicle Estimator to join our high-performing team. In this role, you'll enjoy a steady workflow thanks to our established partnerships with major insurers, and you'll be supported by a dedicated and knowledgeable management team.
This is a permanent, full-time position, Monday to Friday.

What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering outstanding customer service to clients and insurance partners
- Accurately quoting vehicles in line with insurer guidelines and repair cost targets
- Completing quotes on-site, off-site, and online as required
- Conducting vehicle arrival inspections, including damage mapping and imaging
- Managing parts procurement to ensure timely and cost-effective repairs
- Liaising with suppliers to authorise additional work as needed
- Ensuring all vehicles are restored to pre-accident condition
- Handing over completed vehicles to satisfied customers

- Previous experience in the collision repair industry (essential)
