About The Role
This opportunity is for an experienced and qualified Insurance Loss Adjustor to join our team. The primary purpose of this role is to be responsible for the timely completion of accurate and comprehensive quotes for accident repairs on vehicles.
Main Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service to clients and work providers
- Achieving average repair cost targets and insurer/company procedures through accurate quoting
- Completing quotes onsite, off-site, and online as required
- Processing vehicles onsite by carrying out vehicle arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging
- Managing parts for repairs to ensure timely arrival and cost-effectiveness
- Managing suppliers to record and authorise additional work in a timely manner
- Assisting with production management of the centre where necessary
- Ensuring vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition
About You
- You have proven experience within a similar position, including experience in the preparation of estimates/quotations in the automotive smash repair industry
- AudaNet experience is highly desirable
- Ibody experience is not necessary but desirable
- You possess excellent customer service skills, including building rapport with customers and work providers
- You are highly professional and personable
- You have strong systems experience and competent computer abilities
- Excel experience is an advantage but not necessary
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You can meet strict deadlines
- You are able to problem solve with accuracy and attention to detail
- You work effectively and collaboratively with the team
- You commit to working in a safe manner
