The Position:

  • Lead and motivate the front-of-house team across breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
  • Drive compliance with service standards and contractual obligations.
  • Oversee rostering, workforce planning, and people management to support efficient teams.

The Person:

  • Proven leadership experience with a focus on people management, including rostering and budgeting.
  • Practical food handling expertise with a strong knowledge of allergen management.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead teams.
  • A current driver's licence and reliable transport to access the site.
