Job Title

We are seeking a skilled and passionate culinary professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising a station in the outlet kitchen, preparing high-quality food products, and ensuring excellent customer service.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Demi Chef de Partie to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in food preparation, cooking, and presentation of food items, following hotel standards

  • Supervising a section of the kitchen, managing daily operations, and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently

  • Maintaining high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation

  • Contributing to the creation and development of new dishes and menus, bringing innovative ideas and suggestions to the culinary team

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Recent experience in a la carte dining, preferably in hotels or fine dining

  • Strong culinary skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Attention to detail and a passion for food

  • Qualification in Kitchen Production

  • Demonstrated in-depth skills and knowledge of kitchen operations

  • Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards
