Job Description

As a passionate and talented chef, you will be responsible for leading the culinary team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Your expertise in food preparation, cooking, and presentation will ensure that every dish meets the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising the assigned station/section of the outlet kitchen to maintain efficiency and productivity.
  • Preparing high-quality products according to hotel recipes and standards.
  • Ensuring courteous, professional, and flexible service to support the outlet's operating concept.

You will work closely with the culinary team to create new dishes and menus, bringing innovative ideas and suggestions to the table.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Recent experience in à la carte dining, preferably in hotels or fine dining establishments.
  • Strong culinary skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for food.
  • Demonstrated in-depth skills and knowledge of kitchen operations.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards.
