Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for the accounting channel, including market research, competitor analysis, and customer engagement.
  • Lead a team of business development managers and relationship managers to drive sales and revenue growth in the channel.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and sales, to develop and launch new products and services that meet the needs of our target market.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including accountants, bookkeepers, and other industry professionals.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to measure the success of the growth strategy.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and strategic alliances.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a growth or expansion role, preferably in the payments or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions to complex business challenges.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
