About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Business Strategy Manager to join our team as an Innovation Catalyst. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our business customer experience and drive growth through strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to improve our business customer experience, leveraging industry trends and market research.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement, and develop solutions to address these needs.
  • Conduct market analyses, competitor assessments, and trend identification to inform our business strategy.
  • Analyze financial performance metrics and develop financial models to assess the impact of strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
  • Promote understanding of our business strategy and goals throughout the organization, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Identify areas for continuous improvement and refinement of our business strategy, and develop recommendations for implementation.

Requirements

  • Deep experience in a related field, preferably in commercial banking or a related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial services products, channels, competitive dynamics, and customer behavior trends.
  • Proven track record in strategic initiative development, consulting, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and development of C-Suite strategy documents.
