Housekeeping Supervisor Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team in delivering exceptional cleanliness and guest comfort.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily housekeeping operations, prioritise workload efficiently and mentor staff to uphold high standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Manage inventory of linen, cleaning supplies and amenities, coordinating with suppliers as needed.
  • Foster a positive team culture, encourage professional development among staff and respond promptly to guest requests.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality sector.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, strong attention to detail and ability to lead by example.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, sound knowledge of cleaning procedures and health and safety requirements.
  • A proactive problem-solving attitude, flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and public holidays.
