Job Title: Retail Site Manager

This position involves overseeing daily operations at a retail site. Key responsibilities include ensuring exceptional customer service, managing merchandising, marketing, and stock management, recruiting, training, mentoring, and motivating staff, handling volume cash transactions and reconciliations, supervising food management, maintaining high hygiene and presentation standards, and meeting assigned budgets and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day activities of the retail site.
  • Supervise merchandising, marketing, and stock control.
  • Lead recruitment, training, and development of team members.
  • Handle cash transactions and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards.
  • Ensure staff meet performance targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
