THE ROLE:

Reporting to the General Manager, our Spa Manager will oversee the efficient and profitable operations of the day spa. The role involves leading the team of spa therapists, coordinating spa operations and schedules, and maintaining high standards of communication and product knowledge. The Spa Manager will ensure exceptional guest care, with the spa serving as a vital part of the guest experience, focusing on restorative treatments with natural healing products.

ABOUT YOU:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Significant experience managing a luxury spa environment
  • Technical expertise in recruitment, training, and team leadership
  • A diploma in Beauty and/or Massage Therapy
  • Leadership skills with the ability to develop a large team
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • A passion for wellness and guest satisfaction
  • Innovative thinking and a drive for continuous improvement
