Job Summary

The Beach Club Attendant will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of guest-facing activities.

Key responsibilities include greeting guests, managing schedules, and preparing equipment for tours. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and administrative duties using Excel, Opera, and ResDiary, ensuring the cleanliness, quality, and integrity of the delivery of guest service related to the activities function, meeting and greeting incoming and outgoing guests, coordinating tours, and maintaining timely communication across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain precise records and perform administrative tasks utilizing Excel, Opera, and ResDiary
  • E nsure exceptional standards of cleanliness, quality, and integrity in delivering guest services pertaining to activities functions
  • Greet and assist arriving and departing guests, coordinate tour arrangements, and facilitate prompt interdepartmental communication

  • Capacity to maintain accurate records and perform administrative tasks efficiently
