Key Responsibilities:- Provide guidance and leadership to staff, empowering them to drive the delivery of outcomes and support their development.
- Elevate critical incidents and high-risk issues to senior management, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing risks.
- Assess, monitor, and drive the performance of funded organizations against agreed objectives, targets, and outcomes in the grant agreement, addressing instances of poor performance or non-compliance.
- Build strong relationships with high-risk organizations to assist them in delivering their services, managing issues, and mitigating risks.
- Proactively identify, document, and escalate issues and risks that may impact the funded organization's ability to achieve policy or program outcomes, adhering to standard processes to ensure quality and identify improvements.
- Utilize various IT systems to monitor and record organization performance and risk data, as well as team performance and workload.
- Driven to help deliver outcomes for vulnerable and disadvantaged Australians.
