Executive Assistant for Governance and Grant Coordination

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide critical support to our General Manager Corporate Services.
- Coordinate governance services for our stores, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Monitor and manage grants, including research, reporting, and reconciliation.
- Provide executive support, including diary management, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
- Support the retail team with governance services and ensure compliance with company policies.
Key Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant, supporting senior management.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with experience managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Word and Excel, and strong office technology skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
