Job Title: APS 5 Grants Manager

Hudson Australia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced APS 5 Grants Manager to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for managing government-funded programs and ensuring their effective delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with funded organisations to ensure program delivery aligns with grant agreements
  • Build relationships with stakeholders, including not-for-profit organisations, government agencies, and research bodies
  • Monitor program performance, quality, and risk, and identify areas for improvement
  • Supervise junior staff and provide coaching and development opportunities
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and other documentation
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project deliverables and enhance service delivery
Requirements
  • Previous leadership experience in administration, assessment, and compliance environments
  • Resilience and ability to handle tough conversations
  • Reliability and ability to work towards deadlines
  • Australian citizenship and ability to obtain or have Baseline security clearance
