The RoleWe're seeking a Front Office Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our park. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Processing guest check-ins and outs
- Accurately using our park booking system to make reservations and manage accounts
- Coordinating with the Housekeeping team to track accommodation readiness
- Supplying guests with information about our property and local areas of interest
- Completing day-to-day office administration
- Maintaining excellent relationships with park teams, residents, and guests
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous Front Office experience in the hospitality industry
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or comparable reservation systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Enthusiasm and a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed
- A current driver's license
