Job Opportunity: Caregiver

At Kinder Caring, we provide home support services to individuals in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking skilled Support Workers to deliver high-quality care to clients in the Hunter Region. Your key duties will include:

  • Utilizing a user-friendly app to access client information and document progress or hazards.
  • Providing personal care, domestic assistance, and companionship to clients as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field, such as Support Work, Assistant Nursing, or similar roles.
  • Experience supporting participants with complex care needs and/or mental health.
  • Certificate III in Aged Care/Disability or Individual Support (completed or currently studying).
  • Regular background checks (Police Check, First Aid, CPR, WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance).
  • A current Australian Driver's Licence and a registered vehicle, as travel is an essential part of the role.
  • NDIS-related compliance requirements.
