Compassionate Caregiver

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Care Employees. This rewarding role involves providing support and care to elderly individuals in their own homes.

As a Home Care Employee, you will be responsible for assisting with daily tasks such as cleaning, meal preparation, and personal care. You will also have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients and contribute to their comfort and well-being.

Essential Skills:

  • Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for building relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Caring Attitude: A genuine caring attitude and empathy towards our clients are vital for providing high-quality care.
  • Independence and Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Access to a fully maintained and insured vehicle is necessary for visiting clients.
  • Organization: Good organizational skills to ensure timely task completion and efficient time management.
  • Technical Competence: Competence with smartphones/tablets or willingness to learn is required for using technology to support client care.
  • Physical Fitness: Physical fitness for manual handling and ability to stand or sit for extended periods.

Qualifications:

  • First Aid and CPR: Current First Aid Certificate and CPR certification are required.
  • Australian Driver's License: Current unrestricted Australian Driver's License is necessary for driving clients.
