Key Responsibilities- Deliver personal care, meal preparation, domestic assistance, and transport support
- Assist clients with daily living activities including showering, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation
- Support clients' social engagement and wellbeing
- Adhere to manual handling, infection control, and WHS guidelines
- Attend compulsory training and maintain mandatory certificates
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing, Home & Community Care or Disability), or Certificate III in Assistant in Nursing, or working towards completion
- Working with Children Check
