Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead and manage a team of staff to ensure excellent customer service and high standards of food and beverage quality.
    • Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet the needs of the business.
    • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and other operational expenses.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service and that their needs are met.
    • Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations
    • Manage the day-to-day operations of the outlet, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
    • Ensure that all health and safety standards are met and that the outlet is maintained in a clean and tidy condition.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage the outlet's budget and ensure that financial targets are met.
    • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and other expenses.

Requirements

  • Qualifications
    • A strong communicator with well-developed stakeholder management skills.
    • The ability to balance multiple priorities and act with a sense of urgency, whilst remaining calm under pressure.
    • A valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
    • 5-star hotel background as a Supervisor/Manager in a food service field.
  • Skills
    • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize in order to meet allocated timelines and budgets.
    • The ability to remain calm when under pressure.
    • The ability to work a flexible roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

What We Offer

Annual Base Salary: $73,000 - $77,000 (gross)
