We are a dynamic and creative restaurant nestled in the heart of the Gold Coast, offering a truly exceptional dining experience. Our culinary journey is fueled by a deep-rooted love for food, stemming from our Italian heritage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organising special events and taking marketing and promotional initiatives.
  • Selecting, training, and supervising waiting and kitchen staff and monitor their work and conduct regular performance evaluation.
  • Rostering and scheduling staff and assisting in payroll if required.
  • Planning menus in consultation with chefs, kitchen staff and the owners.
  • Ensuring eating areas are clean, operational, and visually appealing and meet the health and safety requirements.
  • Managing staff performance, including sales and expenditure targets, and arranging motivational rewards.
  • Purchasing goods and pricing them according to budgeted figures and maintaining stock levels, re-ordering stocks and recording them.
  • Coordinate in preparing financial reports and assist in recording daily transactions where required.
  • Communicating with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and service and addressing their complaints and special requirements.

About You

  • Minimum of two years of proven experience as a Restaurant Manager.
  • Formal qualification in Hospitality Management (Diploma or Higher).
  • Demonstrate management experience.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • A team player and a supportive leader.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
