Restaurant Director

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team at Guzman y Gomez. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, empowering the team through coaching and training, and managing the restaurant's profit and loss (P&L).

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership and Team Management
  • Coach and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Manage and maintain a positive and inclusive team culture
• Operations and Service Delivery
  • Ensure seamless day-to-day operations, including ordering, inventory management, and scheduling
  • Implement and maintain high standards of quality, food safety, and cleanliness
• Financial Management
  • Manage the restaurant's P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Identify and implement opportunities to increase sales and profitability

Requirements

• Leadership Experience
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-energy Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or similar fast-food environment
• Financial and Commercial Acumen
  • Strong financial and commercial skills, with the ability to identify sales and P&L opportunities and collaborate on actionable strategies with the team
• Customer Service
  • Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service
• Interpersonal and Communication Skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, customers, and stakeholders
