We are seeking a talented and experienced Paralegal to join our APAC legal team. The successful candidate will assist with contract administration, review legal documents, and provide support with employment matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and interpret contracts and other legal documents as requested by the Commercial Legal team.
  • Drafting documents using in-house templates.
  • Managing templates and distributing to proper business groups to ensure most recent versions are being utilized.
  • Interact with internal business partners and is a subject matter expert for contracts administration-related issues.
  • Process documents for signatures via DocuSign.
  • Tracking outstanding legal items for the team.
  • Scanning, filing, and organizing documents.
  • Providing general legal support on an as-needed basis.
  • Assist with corporate governance and entity maintenance within APAC.

Required Experience/Skills:

  • 3-4 years' experience with contract administration with strong emphasis on software agreements.
  • Fluency in Chinese and Japanese is a plus.
  • Multinational experience in APAC is highly desirable.
  • Ability to read and understand contractual terms with strong experience in reviewing and amending agreements.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to be flexible to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and good analytical skills.
  • Experience in assisting and providing support for employment matters with legal counsel.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft O365, Salesforce, DocuSign, and legal software.
  • Familiarity with APAC regulations and data protection work applicable to tech companies.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage comfortably at all levels with internal clients, both within APAC and internationally.
  • Highly motivated, strategic, detail-oriented individual with the ability to proactively manage a heavy workload and demonstrate excellent analytical abilities.
