Customer Experience Manager

Tennis Australia is seeking a highly skilled CRM Coordinator to join our team on a fixed-term basis until March 2025.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the deployment and management of one-to-one customer journeys on the CRM platform. You will conduct asset and customer journey testing to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
You will provide hands-on support for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, troubleshooting front-end issues with internal stakeholders, and assist business units with queries and guidance to enhance CRM usage.
The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in business, marketing, IT, or a related field, and proven experience in CRM coordination and project management.
Additionally, you will have certification or experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM or a similar platform, excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration and stakeholder management, and flexibility in working hours and arrangements.

- Tertiary qualification in business, marketing, IT, or a related field
- Proven experience in CRM coordination and project management
- Certification or experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM or a similar platform
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration and stakeholder management
