Customer Experience Manager
At Woolworths Group, we're looking for a passionate people leader to join our team as a Customer Experience Manager. As a key member of our retail team, you'll be responsible for delivering a world-class customer experience that promotes customer loyalty and contributes to revenue growth.
The Role:
- Motivate and lead your team to deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience for our customers.
- Encourage team members to invest in education and development, and inspire them to dream big about their careers.
- Lead the way with in-store tasks, delivering regular coaching and mentoring to store teams to inspire them to continuously improve.
- Create an environment that enables team members to come as they are, and build a culture that's centered around understanding our community and utilizing customer feedback in decision-making.
