Customer Experience Manager

The Role:

  • Motivate and lead your team to deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience for our customers.
  • Encourage team members to invest in education and development, and inspire them to dream big about their careers.
  • Lead the way with in-store tasks, delivering regular coaching and mentoring to store teams to inspire them to continuously improve.
  • Create an environment that enables team members to come as they are, and build a culture that's centered around understanding our community and utilizing customer feedback in decision-making.
