Product Management & Development Opportunity

Speedshield Technologies, a pioneering Australian company, is seeking a skilled Digital Product Manager to drive the growth of our IoT solutions. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping our digital product strategy and ensuring seamless integration with business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Insights: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscapes, and emerging trends, informing product strategy and feature prioritization.
  • Product Strategy & Execution: Define and drive the product vision and strategy for our Online Web Portal & App, delivering value to customers and supporting business growth.
  • Product Roadmap Design: Design a comprehensive pathway for each approved product strategy.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with engineering and design teams to bring strategies to life, ensuring continuous review and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Mid-level Experience: 4-5 years as a Digital Product Manager or in a similar SaaS development role.
  • Product Roadmap Experience: Demonstrated experience in developing, managing, and executing product roadmaps for a revenue-generating SAAS platform, including technical requirements documentation.
  • Software Development Environment: Familiarity with software development environments.
  • Agile Project Management: Experience with Agile project management methodology, including Agile ceremonies and scrum environments.
  • Research & Data Gathering: Research and data gathering/exploration capability, including survey design, delivery, and evaluation, data extraction, modeling, and reporting skills.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders and communicate clearly and effectively.
