About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Manager to join our team at Kmart Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement across our digital processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and prioritize business requirements to deliver continuous improvement across digital processes and systems.
  • Review business use-cases to identify opportunities to increase benefit potential.
  • Ensure business alignment of process improvements and intended outcomes and impacts.
  • Determine the value of new digital process efficiencies.
  • Develop and execute change management and communications plans.
  • Develop a team training framework for new processes.
  • Work with optimization analysts to develop measurable reporting.
  • Drive continuous improvement of processes, improve commercial and/or user experience across digital systems.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and external tech vendors to prioritize workload.
  • Effectively build relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and results-based outcomes.
Requirements
  • Apparel buyer, business management, product management, or experience in a related field.
  • Strong working knowledge and experience of merchandise product development to sourcing processes and digital systems.
  • Digital transformation and/or technology delivery experience will be considered highly.
  • Experience using product development software such as PLM, DSS, or similar.
  • Experience using project management software such as Jira, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • A strong stakeholder collaboration and communications capability that can influence key stakeholders.
  • Ability to drive change management across large-scale enterprise teams.
  • Highly organized with an ability to multitask and manage high-volume workload.
  • Demonstrated ability to work to deadlines with a sense of urgency.
  • Flexible and resilient in a fast-paced retail environment.
