Principal Product Technologist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Product Technologist to join our Product team at Kmart. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing digital products that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft and implement digital products that solve customer problems and set new standards for engagement and usability.
• Drive innovation by leading the development of advanced design systems, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to ensure our products are not just beautifully designed but also functionally flawless and scalable.
• Experiment and lead by being at the forefront of driving experiments that fuse design and technology, creating value that directly aligns with our business goals and customer needs.

Requirements

• You are a technologist with a deep understanding of front-end development and a passion for coding your designs to perfection.
• You thrive on creating and scaling design systems that empower entire organisations, ensuring consistency and flexibility across all touchpoints.
• You are excited by the opportunity to lead experiments that push the boundaries of what's possible, driving both design and technological innovation.
• You excel in cross-functional environments, working alongside product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver cohesive, impactful solutions.
