About the Role:

Speedshield Technologies, a pioneering Australian company in the Industrial Internet of Things (IoT) sector, is seeking a skilled Digital Product Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our digital product strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market and Customer Insights: Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, the competitive landscape, and emerging trends in the IoT industry.
  • Product Strategy and Execution: Define and drive the product vision and strategy for our Online Web Portal & App, ensuring they deliver value to our customers and support business growth.
  • Product Roadmap Design: Design a comprehensive pathway for each approved product strategy, aligning with business objectives.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with engineering and design teams to bring product strategies to life, ensuring seamless integration through continuous review and improvement.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience as a Digital Product Manager or in a similar SaaS development role.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing, managing, and executing product roadmaps for a revenue-generating SaaS platform, including technical requirements documentation.
  • Familiarity with software development environments.
  • Agile project management methodology experience, including Agile ceremonies and Scrum environments.
  • Strong research and data gathering/exploration capability, including survey design, delivery, and evaluation, data extraction, modeling, and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders and communicate clearly and effectively.
