- Incident Investigation: Investigate and report on incidents related to product safety and quality, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Policy Development: Develop and maintain policies and standards related to product quality and safety, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in product compliance, product certification, and quality assurance management.
- Knowledge: Demonstrable knowledge of Australian and international technical standards and compliance.
- Leadership: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to drive purpose and foster a culture of learning and development.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with all management levels and diverse stakeholders.
