Job Description

Our organization seeks a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch maintenance services, ensuring that our properties are well-maintained and in excellent condition.

This includes delivering a high standard of property services, including repairs and maintenance, to meet resident preferences and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective repairs and maintenance support to our facilities
  • Identify and carry out preventative maintenance works to buildings, grounds, and equipment
  • Participate in and lead continuous improvement activities associated with our facilities
Requirements:
  • Formal qualifications at post-trade level or relevant skills training
  • Experience in Property Maintenance and Building Works
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Occupational Health and Safety
