Our focus is on providing Quality Accommodation in Superior Locations.The roleThis is a live-in position.Must have Hotel Management experience.Must be hands-on and be willing to work in every aspect of the business.Manage a small team of dedicated employees.Look after after the caretaking responsibilities as required.Operate the front desk for reservations, check-ins and check-outs as required.Attend to minor maintenance issues as required.Work with Landlords and OC on apartment or building issues.Work with corporate office to achieve desirable outcomes.Using your experience in hospitality/building management, you will be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of Property Management in the service apartment/hotel sector.
You will provide creativity, a coaching style leadership ensuring employee development, and a willingness to support your team.
We require our Property Managersto have a genuine passion for hospitality, a calmness under pressure with a keen eye for detail in facility, service, and product delivery.

AttributesBe a hands-on leader who gets involved and is willing to motivate and support the entire team.Ideally have demonstrable knowledge of Strata Management and Owners Corporation matters.Experience with RMS is desirable.The salary package includes a base amount, plus a one-bedroom apartment and bonuses when KPIs are achieved.
