Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Service Desk Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing ad hoc and contract onsite desktop and IT infrastructure support to our customers across various locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting services to ensure seamless IT operations.
  • Collaborate with our project team to deploy solutions and implement technical infrastructure.
  • Install, configure, and maintain servers, networking equipment, and other IT systems.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional account management and technical support.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends, applying this knowledge to improve our services and solutions.
  • Work closely with our dispatch team to negotiate work opportunities and ensure efficient service delivery.

Requirements

  • Strong technical expertise in Microsoft AD, Exchange, Azure, and Office 365 environments.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, with a great phone manner.
  • Great attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Strong experience working with inside IT teams.
  • Must have a vehicle and full driver's license.
