Job Title: Senior Forex Support Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Forex Support Specialist to join our team at EBR. As a Senior Forex Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling their deposits and withdrawals, and ensuring timely processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle clients' deposits and withdrawals to ensure timely processes
- Follow account opening processes
- Answer inbound phone calls and emails to respond to customers' queries
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards customers at all times
- Support other FX customer agents

Requirements:

- Ability to handle multiple languages is highly regarded
- Understanding of financial markets and CFD trading
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced work environment
- Open-minded and reliable team player
- Demonstrated professional communication skills and polished phone manner
