About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Support Specialist to join our team in Sydney. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide critical support to senior leaders in Macquarie Capital's Central division.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with key senior stakeholders and other executive assistants to arrange meetings and determine priority of matters of attention for the team.
  • Maintain privacy and confidentiality while providing exceptional support to senior leaders.
  • Manage diaries across multiple time zones, arrange travel, and organize meetings and events.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and senior executives within a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • Ability to adopt a proactive approach, understand the nature of the business, and maintain a high level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and multi-tasking abilities to effectively manage conflicting priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact seamlessly with the Global executive assistants' team, stakeholders, and senior executives.
