Job Description

We are seeking expressions of interest for people to work in our labour hire division providing support to international workers engaged through the Pacific Australia Labour Mobility Scheme.

The successful candidate will be based in the Gingin region and will have a work from home opportunity with a tool of trade vehicle provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Addressing worker enquiries and assisting them to build skills to resolve concerns independently;
  • Building trust and strong relationships with workers to ensure matters of concern are understood and addressed;
  • Assisting workers with access to services required (e.g., medical);
  • Acting as a communication conduit between workers, clients, and the organisation;
  • Identifying risks to worker wellbeing and escalating as required.

This is a casual role for a fixed term period, offering flexible working arrangements and out-of-hours work possible.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will reside in the Gingin area and have:

  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Patient and culturally sensitive approach;
  • A valid driver's licence;
  • Valid working rights and a pre-requisite police check.

Additionally, the candidate should be able to work approximately 25 hours per week.
