Worker Liaison Officer - Labour Hire Division

We are currently seeking expressions of interest for people to work in our labour hire division providing support to our international workers engaged as part of a program that aims to provide employment opportunities with Australian employers. The role is based in the Gingin region and is a flexible, casual position.

Job Description
  • Provide care and support to ensure workers assimilate into their local environment, the workplace, and build skills required for independent living in a new country.
  • Address worker enquiries, assist workers to build skills to resolve concerns independently, build trust and strong relationships with workers, and identify any risks to worker wellbeing.
  • Act as a communication conduit between workers, our clients, and us.
Responsibilities
  • Support workers to access services required (e.g., medical).
  • Assist workers to navigate their local environment and build connections with the community.
Key Requirements
  • Reside in the Gingin area and be familiar with the local area.
  • Have excellent communication skills and a passion for building effective relationships.
  • Hold a valid driver's licence so that you can provide on-the-ground support to workers.
