Role Overview

This is a highly rewarding opportunity to join an organisation as a Human Resource Advisor. In this role, you will provide expert HR guidance to promote policy compliance, mitigate risk, and support strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic HR advice to leaders on complex human resource matters
  • Support organisational change management and industrial relations, including union negotiations and enterprise agreement interpretation
  • Manage employee relationships issues, conduct investigations, and support performance and conduct processes
  • Act as the lead for HR systems—support users, resolve issues, and maintain data accuracy
  • Draft employment documentation and contribute to reporting, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Identify training needs, support content development, and help deliver learning programmes
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring compliance and candidate experience
  • Support diversity and inclusion efforts and manage relationships with external partners
About You

We are looking for someone with a strong knowledge of human resource principles and employment legislation. You should have extensive experience managing end-to-end recruitment, including bulk hiring and open days. A tertiary qualification in human resources, industrial relations, psychology or business-related discipline is required.
