About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Training Operations Coordinator to join our team at Gallagher.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage training administration, including inboxes, enrolments, scheduling, invitations, and room management to facilitate training delivery.
  • Assist with the creation of marketing collateral and provide QA assistance on new materials to ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Maintain materials on the intranet and internet.
  • Liaise with facilitators to distribute pre- and post-training materials.
  • Perform all facets of Learning Management System maintenance, including creating courses, loading materials, creating and managing users, registering attendance, and post-training surveys & reporting.
  • Manage colleague training records outside of the Learning Management System.

About You

We are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is able to work effectively with a range of stakeholders. You will also need to have strong time management and organisational skills, with a high attention to detail.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Location

This role is based in our Sydney office, with regular travel to other locations as required.
