Talent Succession and Development Expert

A newly created role that involves supporting the talent acquisition team to refresh the talent management process. You will work closely with a team of talent business partners to roll out newly created recruitment frameworks and be an advocate for internal talent within the organisation. Your key responsibilities include using your insights to identify top talent in the organisation, highlighting appropriate successors, ensuring alignment to the organisation's values and strategies. Once identified, you will implement frameworks and strategies to ensure the retention and development of these high-potential individuals, working with the learning and development team to design development programmes.">

  • Skilled in developing and interpreting people data to provide insights into organisations capability levels;">
  • Approachable and flexible in your approach to work, with great relationship management experience, working with stakeholders across all levels;">
