Job Title: Organizational Talent Strategist Talent Activation Strategy: We are seeking an Organizational Talent Strategist to join our team and develop a comprehensive talent activation strategy that aligns with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience in talent management, organizational design, and change management. Key Responsibilities: 
  • Develop and implement a talent activation strategy that drives business results
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and address talent gaps
  • Design and deliver talent development programs that enhance employee skills and capabilities
  • Conduct talent reviews and succession planning to ensure a robust pipeline of capable and diverse talent
  • Provide thought leadership on organizational design and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with HR leaders and business executives to socialize the talent activation plan and roadmap
 Required Skills and Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 7+ years of experience in talent management, organizational design, and change management
  • Ability to articulate and support the vision and influence across teams
  • Strong analytical and abstract thinking skills
  • Experience managing a budget and providing operational and performance metrics
  • Superior verbal, written, presentation, influence, and facilitation skills
