About the Role:

As a Talent Mobility Strategist, you will be responsible for leading and scaling our global talent acquisition efforts. Reporting directly to our CEO, you will join our Leadership Team and work closely with key stakeholders to achieve business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive business plan, outlining strategic objectives, budgets, and performance metrics for Talent Mobility & On-Hire Sponsorship.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with governments and private sector entities to access new international talent pools.
  • Drive operational excellence through process optimization, system implementation, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with our immigration team to design and deliver customized workforce solutions for international employees.
  • Promote and expand our On-Hire Sponsorship service, providing specialized employment and visa sponsorship services for global workers.
  • Represent us in industry forums and client engagements, shaping the future of international workforce mobility.
