Global Talent Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Global Talent Strategist to help shape the future of our organization.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement comprehensive talent mobility strategies that enhance employee experience and optimize business outcomes.
  • Develop and manage cross-border programs that address tax and regulatory challenges, ensure compliance, and drive cost savings.
  • Collaborate with HR, payroll, and other teams to provide end-to-end support for global assignments and remote work arrangements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Talent Mobility Leadership: Proven experience in building and managing corporate mobility programs, including in-house and service provider environments.
  • Client Relationship Management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and teams at all levels.
  • Strategic Agility: Strong commercial awareness and ability to deliver under pressure, with a flexible and enthusiastic approach to work.
