Regional Talent Strategist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Talent Strategist to join our team in Sydney. This role is perfect for someone with broad HR experience and knowledge, who can see the big picture and then dive into the granular detail to drive projects forward.

The successful candidate will work closely with our senior leadership team, gaining exposure to high-level decision-making and shaping the colleague experience across the region.

  • Lead the execution of key talent and colleague experience initiatives across APAC.
  • Translate strategic goals into actionable project plans and deliverables.
  • Partner with senior HR leaders and business stakeholders to support change management and operational excellence.
  • Track progress, manage risks, and ensure consistent delivery of regional programs.
  • Generate and interpret data to support evidence-based decision-making.
  • Manage one direct report (APAC HR Data Analyst).

This role offers a unique opportunity to drive regional impact, balancing strategy and execution, with autonomy to shape initiatives and support to deliver them.

  • 7–10 years of experience in HR, project management, consulting, or talent program delivery.
  • Experience working at a regional level in a large, complex organization.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • HR data analytics experience or strong analytical skills.
  • A flexible, open-minded approach with the ability to pivot and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and collaboration.
